To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

The Information We Collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Randford University web site. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are name, address, email address, phone number, credit/debit card Information, etc.

The Way We Use Information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. You can register with our web site if you would like to receive our newsletter as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our web site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

No Obligation Policy

Upon acceptance by Randford University, the applicant has the option to pursue or deny the degree program. The applicant is under no obligation to make a purchase. If the student decides to pay all or part of the tuition, it is understood that the processing fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. We do have a return policy if the student is not satisfied and that section is listed below ("Refund Policy").

Classroom / Online Training

Every student has free access to all of the courseware listed prior to graduation. Our online classes and distance learning programs were developed to satisfy any education gaps in order to receive a degree. Classes are only available prior to graduation. In some instances, access to classes may be granted after graduation for an additional fee. Classroom training may be available if the number of students signing up for a particular course is sufficient. In most cases, students will prefer to take online classes if they are needed to graduate. There are several locations available for classroom studies if the student population is adequate.

Disclosure of Student Information

The applicant understands that submitting his or her qualifications as part of the degree approval process gives Randford University and any of its associates the authority to review and investigate the resume, transcripts, and any other information sent to us. This evaluation will be based on the applicants ability to demonstrate the experience and knowledge that matches the requirements of the desired degree.

Verification of Student Information

The applicant understands that they are authorizing Randford University to verify all information and releases all third parties from any damage that may result from this investigation. Any misstatement or omission of information on the applicant's application may result in disqualification of the degree.

Student's Right to Review

The applicant understands that if they do not qualify for the degree they are seeking, Randford University may award an alternate or lesser degree. The assessment team may also refuse the degree altogether. If the students qualifications do not meet the requirements, they may choose to apply for online training to satisfy the missing components. The applicant has the right to question any decision made by Randford University and provide any additional documentation, references or other information as required.

Legitimacy of Degrees

Randford University makes its initial decision on your qualifications based on the information you provide. This may include information from your resume, transcripts, certifications and all other information provided. Randford University may make an effort to confirm certain information to determine the accuracy and eligibility for the desired degree. Any misleading or falsified details may result in immediate disqualification. The applicant understands that Randford University makes an independent decision in granting a degree and cannot guarantee that its decision will correspond to the guidelines of other agencies in all instances. Being accredited with various organizations is a voluntary process and our accrediting agencies may or may not be recognized by the Department of Education.

Release of Student Information

The applicant understands that by applying for a degree, they are asking Randford University to review and investigate their qualifications. The information obtained during this process will never be given, sold or rented to any third party. Randford University reserves the right to contact the applicant via e-mail or mailing address in order to send information about its programs or services.

Accreditation

The applicant understands that any private organization that grants accreditation to Randford University determines our eligibility independently. This accreditation is based on a combination of our courses, academic studies, and/or policies that we practice in determining the degree qualifications. The applicant should obtain all available details regarding accreditation and validity of degrees offered from any university. Every employer, university, agency or business may have different policies as to the acceptance of a degree. This criteria should be determined in advance of pursuing a degree program with Randford University. The applicant understands that while Randford University may be accredited by some organizations, it is impossible to be accredited by all organizations. The applicant understands that while Randford University degrees may be widely accepted, we cannot not guarantee or imply that your degree will be accepted by everyone. If you are unsure that your current company, potential employer or school will accept your degree, we encourage you to contact them before proceeding with any degree. The applicant understands that individual states may have requirements that may impact the acceptance of any degree. If the degree is not accepted by a particular organization after being awarded, the student can follow the guidelines in the refund policy. These statements should be observed when pursuing degrees from any educational institution, not just Randford University.

Payments

If the applicant has chosen a payment plan, payments will be taken out automatically at a predetermined period. The actual date that payments will be deducted from your account will vary up to 10 business days of the scheduled payment date. Banks and credit card companies may process payments at different intervals and this may effect your available credit card balance or bank cash balance during this period. It is important to recognize this time period in order to have the payment processed correctly. Randford University will not be held responsible for any bank charges incurred or reductions in available credit within a 10 business day period before or after the scheduled payment date. If this time period window is not acceptable or inconvenient, students are able to make a one time full payment with no recurring charges.

Refund Policy

If the applicant is unsatisfied with his or her degree program, a refund request can be made in accordance with the schedule below.

1) If the student has received their degree package:

Randford University will ask that all materials be returned. The return must be complete and any missing material will disqualify the refund policy. The return must be made using a traceable shipping method such as Fed Ex or UPS and will be shipped in appropriate packaging at the students expense. Upon receipt of these materials, Randford University will provide a refund under the terms listed in the chart below. A student must call or email their intent to return the materials. We will provide the information necessary to make the return. No refund is given if the student fails to contact the university prior to shipping. The processing fee and recording fee are charged at the time of the tuition payment. The processing and recording fees are not refundable and these fees are described in the chart below.

2) If the student has not received their degree package, but the degree has been recorded:

The graduation package will not be shipped and any payment plans in place will be cancelled. A refund of the received payment(s) less the processing and recording fee will be given. The processing fee and recording fee are charged at the time of the tuition payment. The processing and recording fees are not refundable and these fees are described in the chart below.

3) If the graduation package has been recorded and is in transit via a shipper:

Randford University will ask that all materials be returned. The return must be complete and any missing material will disqualify the refund policy. The return must be made using a traceable shipping method such as Fed Ex or UPS and will be shipped in appropriate packaging at the students expense. Upon receipt of these materials, Randford University will provide a refund under the terms listed in the chart below. A student must call or email their intent to return the materials. We will provide the information necessary to make the return. No refund is given if the student fails to contact the university prior to shipping. The processing fee and recording fee are charged at the time of the tuition payment. The processing and recording fees are not refundable and these fees are described in the chart below.

Providing misleading or false information in the process of obtaining a degree constitutes forfeiture of all sums paid and the revocation of the degree awarded.
